“亲昵称呼；爱称”。指人们在表达亲密、喜爱或关怀时，用来称呼对方的词语或称谓（如 honey, darling, sweetheart 等）。在语言学或写作语境中，也可泛指“表达亲昵的用语”。（另：有时也用复数 terms of endearment。）
